The typical ESystems Construction Services project uses an On-site Project Manager (OPM), who is a technical resource located in the Client’s region, to liaise with ESystems’s off-site or back office services team. The OPM will work with the extended project team to analyze requirements, implement solutions and ensure that your business objectives are met and fully exploited.
This is a partnership between ESystems and its existing Clients who have trained Virtual Construction management resources. They will have the ability to coordinate and manage ESystems back office teams to produce Virtual Construction deliverables. This service is available in predefined team sizes, and is scalable according to Client requirements. We can also provide a ESystems Onsite Project Manager to coordinate the team on the Client’s behalf.
